representative will assist you with your order or inquiry, promptly and courteously.

- We Hotstamp Company Logos, individual names or initals. In most cases this will not even
delay your order.
- We Engrave writing instruments and brass items. Again in most cases this will not even
delay your order.
- We Embroider items that lend themselves to this process. Slight delay in order depending
on artwork.
- We handle Repairs on luggage and business cases. Some Samsonite
luggage excluded.
- We also Gift Wrap without delaying your order.
- We can Ship anywhere in the USA.
SPECIAL CONSULTATION
In the event that a special consultation is desired for quantity price or a special
case, a request will bring our representative to your office.

Each article carries both a manufacturer's guarantee plus our own against defects in
both parts and material. We also have a Satisfaction Guarantee. After you receive your purchase if you are
not completely satisfied, we well either exchange it or credit your credit
card, at your option. Take 30 days to review and if you are not
delighted, for any reason we will accept return of any unused item.
