On the Outside, there's a trademarked three-stage variable locking Outsider ® handle that provides a flat packing surface . Made of 100% pure polycarbonate. There's an extra wide wheel base so there's no teeter-tottering. Side bumpers for added durability. There's a tethered Smartlink™ strap that transports two or more bags as one. A T SA resetable 3-dial combination lock is integrated onto the case. And All these features found throughout the new Torq collection. Available in three stunning colors: Cobalt Blue, Ruby Red and Graphite Black.

In the Inside, there is a full size front pocket with a padded tablet space. Unique to Briggs & Riley is the flat packing surface do to the outsider handle. The top lid opening and retaining wall adds even more packing space.
